Nanqu Subdistrict (simplified Chinese: 南区街道; traditional Chinese: 南區街道; pinyin: Nánqū Jiēdào; Jyutping: naam4 keoi1gaai1dou6), also known as South Subdistrict or Southern Subdistrict, is a subdistrict of the city of Zhongshan, Guangdong province, China,[1] covering 48 square kilometres (19 sq mi) with a registered population of 21,500 and migrant population of 37,900.[when?] Many real estate companies and hotels have set up their businesses here, such as Vanke, Wing On and Agile Property.[2]
