Arilsulfataza (EC 3.1.6.1, sulfataza, nitrokateholna sulfataza, fenolsulfataza, fenilsulfataza, p-nitrofenil sulfataza, arilsulfohidrolaza, 4-metilumbeliferilna sulfataza, estrogenska sulfataza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom aril-sulfat sulfohidrolaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
